Ngatimboite Serious ka…
Well, that time has finally arrived. On Wednesday the 2023 Elections will commence. Now if for whatever reason you are not sure of your voter registration status , we’re here to shame you for it. Just Joking, Below you’ll find the easiest ways to check your voter registration status with your phone or online.
Please Note, if you’re still trying to register to vote, that is unfortunately not an option anymore since voter registration was closed in late March. Now , back to our options.
Option 1 : Using your phone
Simply dial *265# on your phone
Enter Your Surname
Enter your ID in the format shown
You should be shown your name , polling station, constituency and ward.
Option 2: Using the online Voter portal
You can use the online portal by clicking here or going to : bvrinspection.zec.org.zw
However this portal tends to be down all the time so we would suggest using the USSD option instead . If it does work, you can enter your Surname and ID again. If that can be done you should be able to view all your details and your ward, constituency and polling station as well.
And those are your two options. Hopefully one of them proves effective and you can go vote on the 23rd. Wishing everyone a free and fair election!
