In Case you need one….

By now, we probably don’t have to introduce you to what a VPN is. And while we have a much bigger, more comprehensive list from a while back, we decided to refresh it with some streamlined updates in case any of you need to quickly get a VPN for…. Reasons. So here’s our guide on the best free VPNS for 2023.

Psiphon/Psiphon Pro (PC/ Mac/ Android/ iOS)

Basically the entry level VPN for most people, Psiphon is great if you’re trying to use gain access to an app or sites that have been blocked by your network provider or country. However the free version can get pretty slow if you want to download larger files or stream anything, which is why the app purposefully keeps trying to sell you the much faster Pro version. If you don’t need that however, the free version (downloadable below) should be just fine.

TouchVPN (PC /Mac / Android/ iOS)

While Psiphon tries to sell you on its pro tier and limits it’s speed because of it, TouchVPN is kind of just in it for the thrill of the game (and ads). For basic use it tends to offer much faster connections and personally it’s my go-to when I want to get past ZOL’s torrent throttling especially in the afternoons. It does seem to struggle with streaming however, especially when you use a far away server so you can know what to expect when you download it below.

Windscribe VPN (PC/ Mac /Android / iOS)

Now usually we prefer windscribe a a Mac or PC client (or an ad-on in their browsers) but on mobile the free version has proven useful too. It offers great performance and offers up to 10GB of free usage while pretty much keeping performance just about the same as if you weren’t using a VPN. So try it out on the links below:
