Here are Econet’s new (Increased) Data Tarrifs
The Datapocalypse continues…

With the the continued inflation in the country and new rising costs such as diesel for their base station generators, Econet has again increased their tariffs for Data Bouquets(don’t throw your phone in a fit of rage, you’ll need to pay for it to be fixed afterwards). Of course this is nothing to rejoice about and more and more people are just getting used to the sad reality of the conditions we live under, but for information’s sake, here are the new rates shown below.

As we said, it’s nothing to sing about, and we can only hope competitors NetOne and Telecel don’t follow suit( though they might not have an option). Both have recently been launching promotions to gain customers such as cheaper monthly WhatsApp Bundles and nightime data bundles. However with the aforementioned load shedding situation causing an increase on all these companies’ costs, we’ll have to see how all of them react.
