Keep bringing packages like this. Please.

What we like to call the Datapocalypse has hit all of us hard with iternet prices(like everything else in the country) skyrocketing out of control. This has led to so many of us unable to enjoy the web the way we preferred to. This is especially true when monopoly companies like Econet basically play Russian Roulette with their data prices, seeing who will give up first between them and their customers. Thankfully, like Telecel before it, NetOne is at least coming up with packages that soften the blow of mobile data prices with it’s Night Bundle, allowing users to get 1GB of Data for $1 valid from 10pm to 5am the next morning. This isn’t the bundle that’s going to keep you entertained with YouTube or Instagram on your lunch break at work, but it will cater to people like college students who might need quite a lot of data for assignments and probably do most of their work at night, or anyone who downloads the latest episodes of their favorite shows around the same time. The product helps, a lot, and we hope both NetOne and Telecel actually keep coming up with more packages like this and get the customer adoption rate they want from them , which would likely keep such bundles alive for longer and even get Econet to compete and perhaps even lower their prices (they did lower their weekly bundle to $1.50 after seeing the competition after all). All we can hope for is these companies actually keep working in some way to meet customer demands in the midst of this Datapocalypse, because otherwise, we will all be spending even less time on the web.
