Huawei P30 and P30 Pro: Bring out the Big Guns
We talked before about how the Samsung Galaxy S10s are amazing phones that basically set the bar for all other phones this year, and while we’ve seen some disappointing answers from LG and Sony, it seems Huawei is willing to give Samsung a run for it’s money with the P30 and P30 Pro. These phones come with massive amounts of power, huge batteries, and crazy powerful cameras that are making quite a bid for the best cameras on a phone this year. allow us to share the facts with you.

So, there’s no tiptoeing about the fact that the P30 pro is the phone most people will want, as long as they’re fans of a “bigger, badder” approach that is. It comes with a bigger screen, more RAM even in it’s lowest model, a huge battery even in comparison to the really large one in the P30 and two crazier cameras that make it a photography juggernaut. The P30 Pro packs not just a depth focused time of flight sensor, but also that square third camera you see at the bottom is actually a periscope that redirects light into the camera that’s actually located somewhere near the center of the phone (crazy Chinese tech everyone). And just so you guys get an idea of the level of Zoom we are talking about, here’s a GIF that hopefully illustrates this well enough.

But that being said the normal P30 is no slouch, packing the same processor, a very respectable 6 GB of RAM and 3 cameras though no periscope, it still has a great zoom feature of its own however and unlike the P30 Pro, this phone remembered how essential a headphone jack is.

Huawei also brought a myriad of unique color options for both the P30 and P30 pro, so if you like a phone that stands out in public, this would be it.
